After making incisions along the forehead hairline, Dr. Gardère separates the skin from the underlying bone to access the muscles between the brows. To relax deep creases and reduce muscle bulk between the eyebrows, he snips away excess muscle tissue from the area. He then draws the skin upwards, lifting the brows and eliminating horizontal wrinkles. Eyelid Surgery
The eyes are generally the first area of the face to show signs of aging. Over time, the upper and lower lids of the eye can begin to puff and sag due to decreased skin elasticity in conjunction with the development of fatty deposits around the eye. Eyelid surgery, also called blepharoplasty, is a relatively simple procedure with a rapid recovery time. For a full blepharoplasty, Dr. Gardère first makes an incision along the crease of the upper lid and removes any fat deposits that have formed. He then snips away any excess skin and closes the incision. The procedure is repeated on the lower lids with the option of making the initial incision along the lash line or the natural crease depending upon the severity of under eye bags. Ear Reshaping - Otoplasty

This procedure can be performed on patients as young as six years of age to prevent teasing and unnecessary emotional stress. Liposuction
Tumescent Liposuction – Tumescent liposuction can be used to remove unwanted fat from almost anywhere on the body - the abdomen, back, thighs, buttocks, arms, knees and chin can all be sculpted using this safe, effective liposuction technique. During the procedure, small incisions are made around the site to be treated and the area is filled with anesthetic and fluid to assist in fat removal. Once the area has been sufficiently saturated, Dr. Gardère enters the incisions with a slender cannula and, with a vigorous back-and-forth motion, physically breaking down fat cells and removing them by means of mechanized suction. Dr. Gardère carefully sculpts the area to obtain smooth, symmetrical results.
Ultrasonic Liposuction – Ultrasonic liposuction uses a specialized cannula that emits ultrasonic energy at the tip to liquefy fat below the skin’s surface before removing it with suction. Liposuction with the ultrasonic cannula is safer for fat removal in difficult areas with a high number of potentially endangered structures like ligaments, muscles, and circulatory anatomy. This is because the fat can be ultrasonically removed from these structures without force from the cannula. This results in a more accelerated recovery with less swelling and bruising than traditional tumescent liposuction. Generally, the procedure for ultrasonic liposuction is the same as tumescent liposuction; however, many liposuction experts agree that the ultrasonic method removes more fat, more efficiently and with far less tissue damage. It is also more effective for uniformly removing fat from areas with dense fat tissue.

Body Lift
